Did You Know?

There is more than one way to move Mailbox messages into a folder.

•       Add a folder you work with often to your Mailbox toolbar.
Drag the folder to your Mailbox toolbar. A button to that folder appears on the toolbar. When you need to move a Mailbox message into that folder, simply click the folder's button on the Mailbox toolbar to open the folder and drag and drop the message into it.

Configure mail rules to automatically place messages into folders based on certain conditions that you set.
For example, your Mailbox may have rules to file all mail with a certain subject in a specified subfolder.

•       Drag and drop multiple messages at one time.
Hold the Shift key while selecting the messages you want to move and drag and drop them into a folder.

•       If you are using the FirstClass web client, click Move.
Select the messages you want to move, click Move/Copy/Link, select the destination folder to move the item to, and then click Move.
