Did You Know?
Multiple users can maintain the same mail list using a Contact Database.
Contact Databases can be created by any user and aliased to other users.
To create a Contact Database:
1 Open your Contacts folder.
2 Choose File > New > New Contact Database.
Populate it with contacts as desired.
To share a Contact Database:
1 Right-click on the new Contact Database.
2 Choose Subscribers.
3 Click Add Subscriber.
4 Enter the name of the user you wish to subscribe or look for it in the list, and then click Add.
An alias of the new database will appear in their Contacts folder.
5 Repeat this process for each user you wish to subscribe.
