Did You Know?
You can make changes to your toolbar by adding or removing a button.
Simply follow these steps:
1 Choose View > Toolbars > Customize Toolbars to view the buttons.
2 Under Categories, select the type of toolbar button you wish to add (for example, File).
3 Drag the button to the desired location on your container's toolbar.
4 If you want to create spaces between your buttons on your toolbar, use the Spacer field. Drag the spacer to the desired location on your toolbar to separate buttons.
To remove a button or a spacer from your toolbar, drag it from your toolbar onto the appropriate field on the Customize Toolbars form.
If you are making a change to a public container (one which you do not control), you can only make the change for that instance. The change will not occur every time you open the container afterwards, because you do not have the permissions to make a permanent change to the container.
If you are making a change to a private container (one which you do control), your change will be reflected every time you open the container afterwards. However, the change will not translate to your other private containers; the change is container specific.
