OTSW Reporter is a suite of 3 different FCAS applications that will help you analyze the adoption rate of the social workplace content on your FirstClass server. Two of the applications (Community Analysis and User Profile Completion) are designed specifically for social Workplace content, but the third one (User Threshold Limits) can be used for server that are deploying traditional FirstClass content only.

Community Analysis

Community Analysis will let you view the activity in all of your communities. See the number of different types of contributions and which users are your active ones.

User Threshold Limits

Determine which users are inactive and which ones are heavy contributors. This module works equally well for traditional FirstClass only sites.

User Profile Completion

Determine which users have completed their profiles and retrieve that content. You can specify which fields you are interested in retrieving.
