Your new Login form can be pushed out to all users via the "All Desktops" group or one of your user groups so long as the group has been set to Desktop View.
It is important to realize that once the new login form has been pushed out to users, the form will be merged with the user's logged in settings file. If the user moves to another computer that has not yet had the new login form merged, the default login screen will be displayed.
The all desktops group by default has the Views/Resources field set to Default Template View. This means that whenever any user logs in, any custom resource that is stored in the Resources folder for this group will be pushed out to all users and merged with their logged in settings file. To push out the custom login form to all users, upload the custom resource file to the Resources folder of this group.
If you wish to distribute a login screen out to a specific user, then you can upload the custom login settings file in the resources folder for that group.
That group must have the Desktop layout to Desktop View.
Caution 1: Setting the Preference to this group to Desktop View will also mean that any background that has been associated with the model desktop for this group will also be assigned to those users logging in.
Caution 2: Once the login form has been pushed out, it is now merged with the current login settings file. All users, regardless of group membership using this settings file will see the new login form until it is flushed from the cache.
