Create an receiving Conference

In this section you will create a conference that will be used to receive all incoming IT Work Order requests.
Add Custom Columns to your Conference

In this section you will add custom columns to your new conference.
Application Rules

In this section we will create the application rules to manage our submissions. Our application rules will allow those who are part of the IT department to edit the submission while restrict others to view only permission.
Set Permission Access Rights

You now need to establish the access rights for this conference. Those with the ability to edit items will be able to modify the submissions

Now that you have created the conference, you should test it before deploying it.

Create and Configure Container Template

In this section we will create a container template that we can use to apply to any conference to turn it into a Work Order conference. You can apply rules, permissions, resources and view properties for a template and then apply that template to any conference.
