Set Permission Access Rights

You now need to establish the access rights for this conference. Those with the ability to edit items will be able to modify the submissions

Establish your moderators

In the above example, all members of the group IT Staff will be able to modify the submissions. Staff members will be able to contribute but not modify and all other users will not be allowed in to the conference to participate.
