Test your solution

Now that you have created the conference, you should test it before deploying it.

Submit a request

  1. Log in as a user who is not one of the moderators and click on New Message to create a new request.
  2. Complete the form and send it
  3. Verify that all of the fields are populated in the list view as expected.

Log in as Moderator and Complete Order

Log in as one of your moderators and

  1. Change the status to Completed
  2. Add a comment
  3. Close the form
  4. Verify that a reply message is sent to the person who submitted the request.
