Clear Priority Rule

This rule will clear the priority icon if set.

Header and Conditions Tab

  1. Name: Clear Priority
  2. When: Run Manually
  3. If: All > Always

Action Tab

  1. Choose Set number field
  2. with ID: 8071 (The field ID of the ExpFlag field)
  3. to: 0 (no icon)
  4. Set in Item (clears icon in the list view)

Command Tab

  1. Check Add to toolbar
  2. Command icon: Select the blue "X" icon by <Control> or <Option> clicking on the icon field
  3. Command name: Enter Clear Priority
  4. Check Show Name
  5. Tooltip text: Enter "Clear Priority Icon"
  6. Command enabled: Choose Documents Selected
