Priority 2 Rule

This rule will set a Red pin icon in the new custom column beside the selected message.

Header and Conditions Tab

  1. Name: Priority 2
  2. When: Run Manually
  3. If: All > Always

Action Tab

  1. Choose Set number field
  2. with ID: 8071 (The field ID of the ExpFlag field)
  3. to: 14503 (the ID of the blue 'Pin' icon
  4. Set in Item (sets icon in the list view)

Command Tab

  1. Check Add to toolbar
  2. Command icon: Select the Red pin icon by <Control> or <Option> clicking on the icon field
  3. Command name: Enter Priority 2
  4. Check Show name
  5. Tooltip text: Enter "Set to secondary priority"
  6. Command enabled: Choose Documents Selected
