RemovePriorityIcons Toolbar Buttons Rule

This rule will run the SetPriorityIcons script

Header and Conditions Tab

  1. Name: Run RemovePriorityIcons Script
  2. When: Run Manually
  3. If: All > Always

Action Tab Step 1

  1. Choose Run a batch admin script
  2. Select fixed text
  3. to: Batch Admin
  4. enter the following

EXECUTE SCRIPT Path Desktop Admin "FirstClass Applications:WidgetScripts:RemovePriorityIcons"

Action Tab Step 2

  1. Click on the + icon to create a new action item.
  2. Select Open alert box
  3. titled: enter Action Completed
  4. with buttons: select OK
  5. with text:

Log out then back in again and your mailbox will be reset.

Command Tab

  1. Check Add to toolbar
  2. Command icon: Select the Grey swatch icon (or one of your choice) by <Control> or <Option> clicking on the icon field
  3. Command name: Enter Reset Mailbox Toolbar
  4. Check Show name
  5. Tooltip text: Enter "Remove Priority buttons"
  6. Command enabled: Choose Always available
