The Widget Self Service Conference

To all users to run these scripts, we need to create a conference and add two application rules as toolbar buttons.
The conference itself need not have any content and all other icons can be removed from the toolbar before creating the two new rules.

Create a Widget Conference

  1. Create a new Conference and name it "Widgets"
  2. Select an icon of your choosing

This conference will be subscribed to user so save the conference in a secure area on the Admin desktop.

Set Permissions

Open the permissions form for the conference and:

  1. Check Do not publish in the Directory
  2. Check Use view from Server
  3. Assign All Users the Reader access permission

Remove All Toolbar Buttons

Right-click on all toolbar buttons and remove every one of them.
