Point your browser to the URL for your completed form.
Complete and submit the form.
Verify Receipt
Log in to your FirstClass Server and verify the the message has been delivered with all fields being displayed correctly.
Note: If the message is not received, the likely problem is that address specified in the MsgTo field does not resolve to directory container on your server. This means that either the name of the conference does not match, or the conference is not published in the directory.
