Processing the Batch Files

After running the installer, you must process the batch files. This process is identical for both Macintosh and Windows installation.

Processing the Batch Files

Log in to your server as the Admin with the FirstClass client and open the Server Control application inside your Core Services folder and click on Batch Folder. This will process the installer batch files

Configure the Gateway (Mac and Windows)

FCAS is a gateway and there is an associated Gateway settings that has to be configured. Open the Gateways & Services folder and the FCAS form that is in there.

Note gateway ID number and configure the gateway Password (Mac and Windows)

Note that the gateway Service account number is 5000000000 as we will need to enter this in the gateway settings file. To change the gateway password, click on the Directory... button (not the Directory tab) and enter a secure password in the password field and click on OK, then OK again to save your gateway form.
