FirstClass GlobalStar Program - NEW
Open Text is pleased to announce a new customer reference program for FirstClass customers. This new initiative, named GlobalStar, is our way of saying "Thank you!" to our customers for generously offering their time and support by participating in public reference activities on behalf of FirstClass.
Many of customers regularly participate in reference activities on behalf of FirstClass. With the GlobalStar program, you will now be rewarded for it!
Each time you participate in any joint promotion with FirstClass, you will earn GlobalStar points that can be redeemed toward any FirstClass/Open Text invoice, including licensing, training or consulting. Points may also be used for purchases through a certified FirstClass Partner.
One GlobalStar point = US$1.00.

NEW -Olentangy School District Case Study and Recorded Webcast
The Olentangy Local School District, located in southern Delaware County, Ohio, serves approximately 13,000 students from preschool through twelfth grade. It is the fastest growing school district in the state of Ohio with an annual growth rate of over 1,000 students. According to projections, the district expects student enrollment to reach more than 24,000 by 2018. FirstClass provides Olentangy Local School District with district-wide email, online learning communities, student-teacher collaboration and safe social networking.

FirstClass 9.0 Getting Started Guide PDF
Many of our customers asked for it - so we delivered it! New with the release of FirstClass 9.0, we have made available a PDF version of the FirstClass online application help. The Introduction to FirstClass 9.0 - Getting Started Guide provides an overview of all FirstClass applications (ie. Mail, Contacts, Calendars, Web Publishing, etc.) and is designed to help both new users, and those not familiar with all of FirstClass' applications, gain a better understanding of how to use the basic features of the product.
