fcAuthorize is a workflow FCAS application developed using FCAS v4 and is compatible with both the Macintosh and Windows versions of both FCAS4 and FirstClass Server v10.
Features
fcAuthorize will allow you to create:
With fcAuthorize, you can create Authorization documents (like Acceptable Use Agreements, Harassment Agreements) for your users, which, upon submission can trigger a number of events such as adding or removing users from groups or running a Batch Admin command.  The Authorization action can be immediate, or it can be held until some authorized individual either approves or denies the request.
fcAuthorize can also be used to create mini Applets that will allow your users to configure their own environment based on Scripts that you, as the FirstClass administrator have created.
Requirements
This application requires FCASv4 build 4154 or higher and FCServer version 10 or higher.  FCAS and FCS can be running on either a Macintosh or Windows system  There is no back end database.

I don't anticipate any problems and I have no documentation other than the video that I did and it should be fairly self explanatory after watching the video at http://bit.ly/b6pFSs

Unzip the attached archive and place the files in the \FCNS\Server\Batch folder and then log in as admin and open Core Services > Server Control and click on Batch Folder to complete the installation

Once installed you will also have to load the FCAS application.
Open Clustered Services > FCAS Config > Application Monitor and you will see two new unloaded applications

Both of these applications have to be loaded.  The Registration app is one that I and Werner de Jong will be shipping with all of our apps now and it registers them so that we know who is using them and so we can get back to them with updates if required.

On your Admin desktop, look in the FirstClass Applications folder and you will find22022011_24021_2.png
DO NOT MOVE THIS CONFERENCE FROM THIS FOLDER.  You can add an alias to your desktop if you like but do not move it.
Inside there is all you need.

Do not Remove any of the items in this folder.  You can use the Install Module application to create multiple instances of your configured applets..
Please review the videos and you should be able to figure out how to use the application.

Let me know how it goes.
