Course Summary

This hands-on workshop is designed for FirstClass Administrators with primary or secondary responsibility for managing the FirstClass system. In addition, FirstClass 9.0 and 9.1 carry on the evolution of the interface to bring all of the power of FirstClass to users' fingertips and make each application simpler and easier to discover, and make the connections between applications more apparent.
