 How to obtain an account on FirstClass Online (FCOL)
Step 1:
Download and install the latest FirstClass client from the downloads area.
Launch the client and in the address field of the login window type:
Then enter a random userid and password into the appropriate fields and click on Login.
 Step 2:
You should now see a form like the one shown below. Fill it out including your desired userid and password. Please make the userid and password as unique as possible. For maximum security, passwords should contain symbols, numbers, and letters. After completing the form, click on Register.
 Step 3:
From your own FirstClass server's admin account, send an email to registrations@firstclass.com.
Inform them of your FCOL account's userid, your site specifics (server serial number, name of site, address, you contact information), what platforms you support (i.e. Mac, or Windows, or both) and that you wish to have access to our Software Library and Product Discussions. Send the email.
Please note that you must have a valid maintenance and support agreement with us to be granted access to these special areas.
Within a few days, your FCOL account will have access to these areas where you can interact with other customers and with the company on a variety of FirstClass related topics and areas.
