Contacts and Calendars can be synchronized using FirstClass Sync Services (installed on the FC Server you are connecting to) with a BlackBerry ActiveSync Client using FirstClass Synchronization Services






To download the FirstClass BlackBerry client, direct your BlackBerry to http://otsw.firstclass.com/Login/ (it will install the OTSW application that includes the mailbox.  FirstClass 11 is required and OTSW needs to be installed and configured on your own server).
