Purchase Outright Agreement

FirstClass software is purchased outright for a one-time fee |

Initial purchase includes the cost of the software together with one-year of Maintenance & Support* |
|
Maintenance & Support component may be renewed after the first year if the customer would like to continue receiving upgrades and support |
Site License Agreement

A Site License covers the usage of all the FirstClass product range, in unlimited quantities, including:
- FirstClass Messaging and Collaboration Core Product
- FirstClass Server, User and High-Capacity License
- FirstClass Archive Services licensing for all users
- FirstClass Log Analyzer
- FirstClass Unified Communications
- FirstClass Mobile
- FirstClass Synchronization Services
- FirstClass Application Services
- Maintenance & Support Included

The duration of the Site License Agreement is three years and payments can be made on an annual basis. |

*Maintenance & Support includes service packs and product upgrades, together with technical support for the Administrator(s) of the server via email or telephone for the duration of the Agreement. |
